Welcome to an incredible journey through Romans!

This month, we’ll immerse ourselves in a masterful book that unveils the heart of the gospel and God’s glorious plan for humanity. Described by many as Paul’s crowning achievement, his “magnum opus”, this letter was written in AD 55-57 to a mixed Roman church of Jews and Gentiles. Though he had connections to some of the people there, Paul was yet to visit them. Within the letter’s rich content, we can see a radiant roadmap of God’s grace, revealing how Christ’s righteousness miraculously redeems and transforms us from sinners into saints. This truth is life-changing, stirring our hearts and strengthening our faith.

Each day, as you approach each passage, come with hunger and anticipation. God’s Spirit inspired these words to encourage, challenge, and empower us! Whether you’ve delved into Romans before or not, be encouraged to pray for fresh spiritual eyes, and for God to reveal His love and power to you. Consider setting aside at least 10-15 minutes each day to read, reflect and jot down what impacts you - not just notes about the text, but what God may be saying to you. It may feel a little heavy at times, but don’t rush through... take it slowly and savour it.

Most importantly though, let’s remember that Jesus is at the centre. He’s the star of the book, and the scarlet thread that weaves through every chapter - don’t miss Him in the process. Whether you’re new to faith or seasoned, there’s treasure here for you!
